The only way we have to reply. We don’t use it for anything else.

Before you write

Two things come up often enough to answer here:

  • A round would not start. Update the app. A match needs both players building the same course from the same seed, and a mismatch between versions is refused rather than played unfairly. Newer builds agree the version when you are paired, so this cannot happen mid-match.
  • You cannot sign in. If you signed up with an email address, the confirmation code is a six-digit number in your inbox, not a link. Check spam before asking for another — the resend has a short cooldown.
