Delete your account
You can do this yourself inside the app, immediately. This page is for when you can't — you've uninstalled it, or you can't sign in.
The quickest way
If you can still open the app, it takes about ten seconds and happens straight away:
- Open Face Off and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are removed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — display name, avatar, friend code, region.
- Your stats, win streak and leaderboard entries.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocks.
- Any cosmetics you own and your subscription record.
- Support messages you've sent us.
One thing is kept, and it isn't yours alone. A match you played is also
the other player's history, so the match record survives with your name removed from it.
Their record of the game stays intact; nothing in it identifies you.
A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by them, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it — do that in your store's subscription settings, or you'll keep being charged.
Request it by email instead
Give us the email on your account and we'll delete it. We aim to do this within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email when it's done.
